Common questions.

Do my credits expire?

Pack credits never expire. Subscription credits roll over for one month after they're granted — most monthly services expire credits the day a billing period ends, which felt mean. If you skip a month we'll honour the previous month's balance until it's used.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, instantly. You won't be charged again, and your remaining credits stay valid until they expire — no end-of-period lock-in.

How does priority queue work?

Higher tiers jump ahead of standard-queue jobs at the GPU level. During peak hours that's the difference between a 30-second wait and a 4-minute wait — same image quality, just faster.

What payment methods?

Card payments are processed by RocketGate (specialised in adult-friendly commerce, since mainstream processors like Stripe and PayPal prohibit adult content). We also accept crypto via Coinbase Commerce — same pricing, no third-party intermediary.

Refunds?

If something goes wrong on our end (failed generation that ate a credit, billing duplicate, etc.) we'll refund the credits or charge directly. Buyer's remorse on packs is harder — credits don't expire, so we encourage you to just hold onto them.

Is this NSFW-friendly?

Yes. stipplehub explicitly supports adult content for fictional drawn characters. The only hard limits are categories everyone agrees on: minors, real-people-without-consent, and prohibited IPs. See the About page for the full content policy.
