Content Policy

stipplehub generates illustrations of fictional, drawn characters. Within that constraint, we allow:

• Adult nudity and explicit content depicting fictional adults.
• All artistic styles we ship — anime, illustration, photorealistic-rendered drawn characters, pixel art, sketch, painting.
• Reference images of fictional drawn characters used as inputs to img2img generation.
• Original characters of your own creation — including OCs you have published elsewhere — used as references or described in prompts.

If a prompt is clearly within these bounds and our model still refuses or produces a refusal-shaped output, that's a model bias issue, not a policy decision. Email hello@stipplehub.comand we will look at it.

The categories below are enforced at the policy layer that gates every generation request. Attempts to bypass detection (obfuscated spellings, character substitution, adversarial prompts) result in immediate, permanent account closure.

Minors, in any style.

Sexual or sexualised content involving anyone who is or appears to be under 18, in any artistic style or framing. This is the one rule we enforce with zero tolerance — no ambiguous cases, no "but it's just a drawing" exceptions, no underage character "aged up" prompts. Violations are permanent ban + reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where US law applies.

Real people without consent.

Sexual or sexualised content depicting real, identifiable people without their explicit, verifiable consent — public figures, private individuals, celebrities, classmates, coworkers, ex-partners. Names, recognisable likenesses, and near-likenesses ("looks just like X") are all in scope.

Violence and harm against real people.

Content that depicts, promotes, instructs, or glorifies violence, self-harm, or illegal acts against real people or identifiable groups. Fictional violence between fictional characters is allowed at our discretion; real-world targets are not.

Protected intellectual property used to mass-replicate.

stipplehub permits fan-art-style references to fictional characters from existing works in line with normal fan art conventions. We do not allow systematic generation intended to replace or compete with the rights-holder's own commercial output, nor prompts that target a brand or logo to bypass licensing.

Non-consensual intimate imagery, real or simulated.

Content depicting real-world scenarios of sexual violence, coercion, or non-consent involving identifiable real people. (Fully fictional scenes between fictional characters fall under our adult-content allowance and are not prohibited; the line is identifiability and real-world targeting.)

Bestiality, necrophilia, and similar categories where the subject cannot consent.

Even with fully fictional drawn characters, we do not generate content in these categories.

Every prompt goes through a category-based policy module before it reaches the GPU. If the prompt matches a prohibited category, we reject it with a clear reason and do not consume a credit.

After generation, every output is scored by a vision model and reviewed automatically against the same categories. If an image slips through the prompt filter but the output violates the policy, the image is quarantined, the credit is refunded, and the prompt + output are flagged for review.

For repeat or severe violations, we suspend the account. Severe categories — sexual content involving minors, real non-consensual imagery, content depicting real-world violence — result in permanent termination on the first confirmed violation.

Every generated image carries a Report button (planned for launch). Until then, email hello@stipplehub.com with:

• The image URL or generation ID, if known.
• A short description of what rule you believe it violates.
• Your contact info if you want a follow-up.

We review every report within 48 hours. Reports involving suspected child sexual abuse material or imminent harm are escalated immediately.

We update this policy as new categories of harm emerge and as our detection improves. Changes are posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes are emailed to existing users.
